You might not, but there are plenty of, shall we say - More Mature
People, getting inked every day. Perhaps you're not looking in the
right places. Try some of the better studios (it's my experience that
the oldies tend to do their research better), hell even a browse on UPB
or RAB newsgroups will reveal an average age older than you think, not
sure about the german bunch though.
