I find saltwater soaks to be drying. I rub my lobes with oil daily:
either rosehip seed oil, olive oil infused with arnica, or almond oil.
It's great for getting rid of dryness, and the rubbing helps reduce the
one little lump of scar tissue that tries to form on my right lobe.
I realize you can't so much do the rubbing thing with a healing
piercing, but once they're healed it's a great way to go. I did
occasionally dab a bit of oil on my lobes with a qtip during healing,
but *very* sparingly and only rosehip seed oil.
