I second that opinion. :o)
I've had my frenum ladder for a couple of years or so now and it's hardly
had any major positive or negative effects. Sure, you can feel that it's
there but much like any piercing you just get used to it. From a slightly
negative point of view it can cause a certain amount of soreness on your
partner if it catches slightly!!
