Good question. And one, unfortunately, I don't have an answer to. I'd
guess, however, that it was coined by a

a) tattoo artist in jest
b) person using it as a pejorative for a lower back tattoo based more
than likely on jealousy
c) someone neither joking nor jabbing, but who was suddenly struck by
the rhyme
d) other

Ahhhh! Of course. The d) option above might be the best choice of what
I presented. Duh! The origin probably stems without connection to
tattoos at all.
