I once picked up a hitchhiker years and years ago. He was a young kid.
I was a young kid, too. Maybe teens or early 20's. Anyway, he rolls up
his sleeve to show his new tattoo. It was, imo, the crappiest piece of
crap I'd ever seen laid out in ink. I wasn't an expert in tattoos then
and I'm no expert in tattoos now, however I know what I like and,
well, that wasn't it. I won't call it a bad tattoo, though, because
the kid was absolutely frigging ecstatic about his new ink. Still, it
was a crime from my perspective. A stick figure, basically, astride
what was supposed to be a motorcycle, but looked more like a bicycle
drawn by a person using their non-dominant hand, eyes closed, while
being tapped in the back of the head with, maybe, a wiffle ball bat.

Okay, maybe a hammer.

I share this story for a reason. Can't recall what that is at the
