I don't have a shop recommendation for you, just a piece of advice:
don't get tattooed on vacation. You're going to be sore, and you're
going to have to avoid the sun until it's healed enough to smother it
with sunblock. Unless you're going on vacation for a couple of months,
this could take up significant amounts of your time ;).

Alternative: Get it done on the last day or so and be uncomfortable on
the way home (provided you find a decent shop).
