Default Re: Caring for a PA

Keith,
I've had a PA for over 10 years. It started as a 12 ga & is now a 2ga.
I'm cofortable in either boxers or tighty whiteys. Initially the
tighties might be better so you can position yourself so it doesn't hurt
& thern it should move around much. As far as ongoing care I wash the
ring with antibactierial hand soap. I prefer dial. Just squirt a
little in the hole & run the ring back & forth through it a few times &
rinse it really well. This may sting the first few times, but you get
used to it. It works allot better if you can urinate immediately after
rinsing the soap out.

Hope this helps,
MArk
