Don't judge people because of a tattoo

I am not a person to be extremely concerned with what's going on around me, but there is one issue that horrifies me. How can people be so judgmental about a new tattoo shop opening?
They're acting equivalent to a racist. A racist is someone who doesn't accept someone who doesn't look like them. Isn't that exactly why people don't want that tattoo shop there?
Why not instead of being concerned with new businesses opening, being concerned with the current ones. There's not just one but two bars by Southside High School. And while you're at it, why not just close the school? I see drugs there all the time, and drugs can kill you, while a tattoo is just a mark upon your body.
I mean, if they really don't want "that kind of people" around the neighborhood, then why don't you tell the school to go somewhere else? You can walk down the hallway every day and see at least two tattooed students, and occasionally a tattooed teacher.
Tattoos can be a mark of a war hero, a lover or a believer. Do you really want to teach your children to judge people by the way they look, instead of what's really important?
