Default Outlining
Looking for some help outlining. I use a tight 3 usually. Sometimes it works and other times not so well. I've tried laying it on the skin and thats ok, but when I try to work off the needle I just don't seem to understand why the ink doesn't take. Any information will be glady appreciated. Thanks
