Don't think that it can, the only thing I found while having my back done was at that time of the month my skin was a wee bit sensitive

I'm kinda worried too actually ... I mean like , does it really hurt on the long term ? cos i've seen one of my friends came screaming out of the tattoo shop ! ... but i so badly want to get a tattoo done on my back !

Tattoo doesn't affect girl's cycle because there's no reason to.
