That's fine but I do want to refer you to the TOS agreement on BME/IAM and I quote: "Instant Messages are private, but recent IM logs may be examined in cases of dispute or other TOS violations. BME may keep detailed logs of ALL activities on this site BME will not release these details to either the public or other companies unless legally required to do so. BME may use this information to improve your experience at IAM or BME. You agree not to hack or compromise the security or functionality of the site in any way and to report any vulnerabilities you discover. Any user doing this will be removed immediately. While we do our best to protect the site's security, it could in theory get hacked and move these details out of our control.." Which was updated....again I quote: "These rules and guidelines are subject to change without notice -- last updated December 11th, 2002" That is the entire Privicy section to the TOS that has not been redacted. As you can see, monitoring of IAM goes back at least 4 years if not longer. So if you really honestly believe that monitoring activities weren't going on until recently....you are quite naive. Again I wish you well in both BME/IAM and BodyTwo.com. |

I don't have an opinion on the matter, my non-boyfriend does. Ok, happy now? Isn't that what you really wanted to hear, some juicy gossip? I don't ask boys out, they ask me out. I am not like the rest of the girls on IAM. |

I asked as simple question and your source is a 'non-boyfriend's' opinion. That's certainly not first hand. The TOS agreement is. BTW, I really don't care about the gossip. |

Any man who is still married and has a girlfriend, which would not be me, I am not an adulteress, is not admirable in my book. I still enjoy IAM. I make new friends there all the time. I'll let my non-boyfriend go his way. Right now I have to separate from one fringe group at a time so I will let go of SSBB first. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

Golly gee willikers.....hmmmm. I'm actually a bit confused...no wait...I'm not confuse...you are. I didn't even HINT that you had ANY relationship with ANYONE. Sorry dearie, that was someone else. I just asked a simple question and I get a lot of crap about girlfiends and being married at the same time, non boyfriend's and not being an audlteress. None of which answered the question I posed...although now that I think of it...it may be there somewhere. Ah well, ce la vie. Have fun anyway! Really, I mean it. |

I am not getting involved with some man who has a girlfriend and a wife, that's obscene and immoral, and I don't want to frequent his blogs either. I am really upset. Thank God I have a friend who told me he had a girlfriend before he told the whole world. I don't see what's so attractive about him, he's married. What kind of sick girl would ask a married man out? What is modprom all about anyways? And what kind of sick girls populate IAM anyways? I feel so strongly about this issue that I refuse to finish reading The English Patient because its about adultery. And there is another book I won't get into either, Girl with a Pearl Earring, again, all about adultery. Sick. Hell my ex had a girlfriend before our divorce was finalized. Absolutely disgusting. I have more in common with Rachel than not. I made my husband leave too. Blather. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
