have the post yttrx made on his iam page a few days ago? i still haven't read whatever he said, though i've well gathered by now that he's on rachel's "side". lish "i can't keep this up. it's not in crank@got.net my nature to care about others." -dg 43.9% / 30 RANA 128 / 70 |

I just re-read the plea for money. And I'm torn. I know there are times where people leave their company to family members who then run the company into the ground. And then friends pitch in and help the original owners salvage the company. Would I donate to such a cause? I'm not sure. I keep getting the impression that Shannon though he was above all of "that." Somehow he was so counter-culture he didn't have to worry about such mundane matters as incorporation and balance sheets -- until now. And therein lies the rub. Why is it so important that he needs money from others in order to fight? I haven't seen anything that says BME is being destroyed. Indeed, it seems more the opposite. And if you "own" BME, doesn't it generate funds? Again, wait, it appears he gave the rights to BME to someone else. Rachel. Yeah, he's stated it. He's got problems. If it didn't matter 5 years ago, it shouldn't matter now. So why does it? Kavin I |
