Default Two Questions:

Hi, I've posted here a couple of times before, but I had two new
questions:

1. How far apart do cartilage piercings need to be?
I ask this because I diy'd two helix piercings in my left ear, and
would like a third or forth, but I'm not sure if I can go between
them... I'm afraid the cartilage would rip or something, I'm really
not sure, I've looked all over the interwebs and can't find anything
on how close they can be without issues.

2. Is it Curt and Kavin, or just Kavin?

Thanks for your help!

As far apart as they need to be to accommodate jewellery, anatomy and
aesthetics. Obviously you don't want them so close that they would
interfere with each other, or have the jewellery do stupid things, or
look stupid. Post an image of your ear if you'd like a specific to
you opinion.

I have cartilage piercings that are sitting at 12G right now that are
about as far apart as you'd see similarly sized lobe piercings spaced.
They aren't a problem and look fine - does that help?

There is a poster named Kavin on this group, and another posted named
Curt. If you're looking for a slightly more profound answer, I'd have
to say That Bitch Kavin.

Are you asking for the return of "Nice Kavin?"

What jewelry will you wear?
Are you planning on stretching?
What gauge?

Or, if you just need an answer: 3.3 mm.

It's Kavin if you are referring to all things correct.

Default Re: Two Questions:

They are both 14g, I wear simple 1/2" seamless cbrs, and I'm not going
to stretch them...

I guess the main problem I have is that they are further apart than
standard multiple earlobe piercings, but I think if I put one
inbetween they would much closer than would look nice.

If only there was a way to move them slightly further apart...

And my piercings are currently... (measures) 1cm apart, so if 3.3mm is
accurate, then one more 14g could safely fit between them, I'd just
have to see if it would look nice... somehow.

Oh, and njm, thanks for your answer to number 2, I kinda thought that
was the case.

Thanks all for your continuing advice!

`Eric

If you feel something should go in there, why don't you do something
teeny tiny and not with a ring, but a little barbell sort of thing?

Though I'm looking at my ruler and thinking "no", 1 cm isn't much
room, and it might look crowded...

For someone so arrogant, you are such a fucking idiot.

I'd laugh, but it is so very, very sad.
