I have some plugs that have become to small or aren't true to size, as
well as a pair of glass spirals that tend to slip out, or, when kept in place with silicone o-rings (can't wear black ones), look like ass. So I ordered a pair of black silicone "ear skins" from Bodartforms, and tried putting the plugs and spirals inside of them. Works like a charm! It does seem to depend on the shape of a plug, flat-fronted ones look kind of stupid, but domed plugs look like they're inlays. For the spirals, it's easier to put the ear skins in first, then the spirals. Also, frying plugs works ;). I tried a pair of opalite plugs, and there aren't too many cracks, but they do look more interesting than before. So thanks to Lish for making me aware of that!
