Bad form at best, criminal quite possibly. Regardless, Mr. Cartoon's galleries aren't protected as far as I can tell. Alt-Print Screen for anything you want. Having said that... If popular sentiment rules, however (and possibly court proceedings somethingsomething) I can't guarantee you won't burn in hell (or, yeah, rot in jail) for your efforts. Hmmm. Does this make me guilty of aiding and abetting an asshole? -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

I'm not sure that's correct. http://www.bmezine.com/news/guest/20031208.html Regardless, Elayne Angel wasn't/isn't the name I couldn't/can't think of. She has a pirate tattoo or something related to pirates. Meh. > It's just kinda goofy. I certainly won't argue that point. -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

Just as any highschool kid can draw that stupid heartagram bullshit all over their notebook without fear of being sued by HIM, any dipshit can get a tattoo of someone elses design all they want. -----yttrx |

Is that what the article stated? Because I thought the author was saying something else as well... meh. > Just as any highschool kid can draw that stupid heartagram bullshit all > over their notebook without fear of being sued by HIM, I actually thought that was pretty creativecool. Half heart and half pentagram. Sweet. Ymmobviouslyv. > any dipshit can get a tattoo of someone elses design > all they want. Bah! This is taking too long. I've got my copy of the BME Scrabook here and, iirc, there's a pic of you and glider in there. My intent was to offer somethingsomething, "Yeah, I was thinking of getting [name a tattoo you possess] tattooed up and down my [insert bodypart]." But it's late. You get the idea. What'd you think of the unecessary rant? You should let rip. Might lure that catbones guy back here. He enjoyed your one rant back in the day. Well, the one I kindasorta remember. I'm sure he enjoyed other rants from your pen or keyboard, too. re Jess and Katester (other thread) I have no clue. Haven't been reading Kate's LJ (or any for that matter). Regardless, I certainly wish her the best. (Yes, even if she hates my guts which I doubt she does.) And, Jess? Well, she deserves whatever she gets, imo. Henh. For that matter, don't we all? ;o) -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

I'm not a rich man either, but I'm not going to have someone mimic an artist's style so I can say I have, uh, a tattoo that looks like one by Mr. Cartoon, but, hey, it's not, it's by someone named [take your pick]. Best of luck. -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |
