No, Curt. You suck up big time to every single newbie that comes into MFW, slathering them all with hugs 'n' kisses, and Googling furiously to provide them with answers on subjects about which you know nothing. In other words, you do *exactly* what Eric S. accused you of doing more than three years ago in RAB: http://groups.google.com/group/rec.a...10afe93?hl=en& There's a pattern here, Curt. Maybe it's time you recognized it. |

But I've got over a dozen little anecdotes in my inbox about him making women IRL very uncomfortable; whether it's from creepy verbal come-ons to actual alleged feel-copping. When they reject him (which they always do) they suddenly become bitches and whores, worthy of nothing but the worst public attacks in his arsenal---as you've seen on your group in spades. We've seen it here too. He's more than a simple asshole, I think. Sometimes I find myself worrying that he might actually be dangerous. -----yttrx |

Instead, could you explain actual alleged? Is that... oh, wait. You also said fat always equals slow. How could I forget? D'OH! I rescind the question. > than you can possibly imagine about what I write. Describe the process. I like to read posts that interest me a few times. Then I'll write my reply. Maybe. Okay, more often than not. Anyway, I'll reread it at least once looking for typos, thinking about rewording, reviewing for repetitive this or redundant that. If I'm posting from Google groups, I'll typically do a Select All/Copy before clicking on Post message. (Don'tcha just HATE when stuff gets eaten?) I type fast (but not 130 wpm) and read fairly fast, too, so it really doesn't take that much time. But, yeah, I write a LOT, so... -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |
