Why do you need (and yes, I chose 'need' for a reason) everything to be so nebulous? A tat artist? Do you think that shows repect for a persons ability? Pathetic. You are so pathetic. Kavin |

Give me a break. You're saying that, "Hey, man, nice tat!" overheard would be interpreted by a bystander as, "Oh, they must be talking about lace." Is that what you're saying? No. > Why do you need (and yes, I chose 'need' for a reason) > everything to be so nebulous? Whatever, Kav. > A tat artist? Do you think that shows repect for a persons > ability? A person's ability is judged by the quality of their work, Kavin, and not, imo, on a single word. > Pathetic. You are so pathetic. Well, pathetic I may just be, but if you think that anyone would suspect lace as the subject if they overheard the words nice and tat in combination then I'd say you're not far behind me, Kavin. ;o) > Kavin -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

Except, Kavin, I did it to unnerve, Kavin. I suspect Curt is doing it, Kavin, because he still thinks on some level he can be like me. -----yttrx -- http://www.yttrx.net |

Speak to your artist, I seem to recall that many black inks specifically do not use alcohol. Also- WOULD IT HAVE KILLED YOU TO MENTION THAT YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ALCOHOL, AND NOT JUST RETARDED??? Sheesh. And just what are you a decoy for? An old joke: So the cops are sitting in the parking lot of a bar at closing time, watching everyone stumble out. There is one guy that is just off his rocker falling over drunk. They decide to tag him. They watch as he continues to stumble, and as everyone else finds their cars and leaves. Finally, this guy gets to his car, the parking lot is empty by now. He gets in and starts it up, the cops immediately grab him. After running him through the battery of tests, they find that he is stone cold ... sober. WTF, they ask him what the deal is. His reply: "I'm the designated decoy tonight." Greetings and salutations, enjoy your stay on RAB and READ THE FUCKING FAQ! Thanks, and stuff. |

No. Care to go to your favorite little on-line encyclopedia and look up tat? I dare you. kt> > A tat artist? Once again you turn your response to a different statement. Typical. Kavin |

I never even thought of anyone thinking that because right up until someone said straight edge did I even remember that those people are around and are like that with alcohol. Who are the retarded ones for not asking me to clarify before freaking out? All I did was ask a question. I got some useful answers, thank you to those who replied in a decent manner. The rest of you should really get another hobby other than jumping all over people who post simple questions in newsgroups. |

Ya know, I don't *have* a favorite little on-line encyclopedia, but I've often visited urbandictionary.com. Would that do? http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=tat I suppose not, huh? Yeah. > I dare you. What year is it? Because my calendar says 2006. Grade school children don't even say that any longer, Kavin. Are you wearing a leisure suit? A diaper? [...] > Re-read. No. It's boring enough reading your stuff a single time. > Once again you turn your response to a different statement. Hey, that new tattoo forum looks pretty nice. See: http://www.mytattooink.com/forum/ ahahahHA! .... Ahem. See, I turned my response to a different statement and... oh, never mind. But seriously, your inability to make yourself understood should not be interpreted as my whatever. > Typical. Did you say something? -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

Well, seeing as how you snipped "all" it's kindasorta, yeah, difficult to discuss any particular points, Kav. However, iirc, there was something in there about the use of the word tat. LOTS of people use tat when they speak of their tattoos. Urban Dictionary includes tat as well. You asked for an encyclopedia reference, again iirc.
