can you identify this artist?

I spotted this distinctive and imho beautiful tat on a music site a
while ago:

it's a kind of doodle style reminiscent of yann black, but i don't
think it's him.

the only clue is that the band is scandinavian (but they may obviously
have met this chap on tour).

any ideas? would be v grateful.
