Glad to see you take an interest in fitness and weights, Kavvy. Enjoy your stay there, of course. > Who brought the green bean casserole? Not me. Sweet potatoes, turkey, ham, filling, gravy, corn, birthday cake, pumpkin pie, mincemeat pie, hot coffee, and probably some other stuff that I've forgotten in my overstuffed haze. > Kavin -- Curt http://curtjames.com/ |

Instead of green bean casserole, I'm celebrating with margaritas. They're green. And made with beans. nj"half right is good enough"m -- "You are under arrest and there will be no paella!" |

Unfortunately, they had neglected to inform me that only the bar -- and not the kitchen -- would be open. No delicious pizza for me! So I went home and had tuna mac because *fuck* the Bataan death march of family obligation and dinner-related hissyfits. Friday, on the other hand, I made two pies (sweet potato and punkin), a german choc. cake, spicy cornbread sausage stuffing, chicken breasts in a killer marinade, and garlic mashed potatoes with a smoky giblet gravy. Everything from scratch cause that's how I roll. I would like to give thanks for my new stove. //spr0t PS Three tablespoons of bourbon in a sweet potato pie is a bit much. Whoooo, strong pie! Next time: two. |
