I don't understand why they didn't just give credit for the photo in the
first place. If you're going to promote an art show, you use a piece of
art that's in the show. And if the show features work from more than
one artist, you identify whose work you're using on the flyer (or
postcard or whatever). It's not rocket science.

We are talking about a tattoo shop here, not an actual art gallery. :)

Replace "tattoo shop" with "gas station", "mini-mart", "Target",
"crack house", "trailer park" and "dumpster" until enlightenmnet
occurs.
