pubic tattoo

I ma thinkg of havinga bio hazard symbol done on the pubic area, above my
dick. just wonder if it is a very sensitive/painful area to get a tattoo
done, and if yes, what's the fix (any cream)

very fashionable tattoo, looks like tribal altough it's not.
It is wear by different people, Hiv - or +.
in my case I ma pos, and I find it informative and provocative at the same
time
