I subscribe to Ron Harris' newsletter/blog, The Daily Pump. His most
recent email included the following pic of pro bodybuilder Lee Priest doing a rear lat spread and showing off his latest tattoo. Here's the image: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../MFW/lp/lp.jpg In days gone by, bodybuilders were discouraged from getting tattoos. Oscar State, former IFBB (a professional bodybuilding organization) official, warned that points would be deducted for any bodyart. I remember meeting former Mr. USA Ron Teufel and being disappointed to see he had had his shoulder tattoo removed - seemingly burned off. Priest, a former Mr. Olympia competitor and one of pro bodybuilding's most popular athletes, would require a LOT of burning to eradicate his ink. Something, thankfully, I'm certain he has no plans on doing. The Australian competitor has tattoos on both shoulders, forearms, neck, face, and now what looks like a hyoog tribal backpiece to go with his hyoog self. Although his muscles are immense his stature is not. Priest packs all that beef on a height of about 5'4".
