Chicago area?

Does anyone have personal recommendations for a good tattoo shop in
the Chicago area?

I want a desert island with a couple of palm trees, the whole scene
maybe 5" in diameter.

Is this the type of thing that a pro would draw while I wait and
tattoo it in the same visit? Or would I need to make one trip for a
consultation and another for the tattooing?

I live way out in the boonies.

it depends on the artist, but personally i'd plan on two trips.

patrick cornolo designed pieces for me through email, then
applied each during a single appointment. email an artist & ask. be
prepared to pay a deposit for the art.
