Not just for kicks but more out of curiosity about what sentuaint could mean.
Instead of looking for a word that you don't know to exist, i had a look for the lyrics of the song.
And found this-

Which has the lyric as described by you.

Then i found a couple of sites that have the lyric as "In the night the most sensual voice", which in context, and being unable to find a definition for sentuaint, seems to fit better than "in the night the most sentuaint voice". So maybe is was just a mistake, repeated by others.

That almost implies an awareness, or at least, a caring on Curt's

He's too busy playing the rejection game (though God only knows what
he THINKS he's playing)
