Default Branding in UK

I received this email today.

"I am hoping you may be able to help. I am trying to find a qualified
person in the uk who completes branding. I cannot find a site that can
tell me this."

There was someone opposite my stall at the Portcawl convention that had a sign saying that they did branding.

Forget who it was.

Have told the guy to check out this group for an answer.

Hope that is of help.

Cheers,

Rusty.

I'm slightly amused by the concept of "Qualified Branding" - I mean,
it's not the sort of thing you imagine most Universities providing
courses on, more's the pity.

If they did I'd not want a brand from a recent graduate. An
apprenticeship would seem a more appropriate method to pass on the
knowledge & skills, albeit with some more academic anatomy, first aid,
health & safety and so on, for good measure.

There's a place in Newcastle upon Tyne does scarification; I'm not 100%
sure about branding. They're near Bigg Market.

ROTFL ...um, that wasn't quite what I had in mind :)

<idea> I remember they're on the same side street as Aitken Bros
Electronics...

<googles aitken bros newcastle>

35 High Bridge...

<googles high bridge newcastle tattoo>

Hype, 15 High Bridge...

<scans results> A-ha:

Which gives me:

And they do do branding. Can't comment on their levels of experience,
but a contact is a starting point.

They use a cautery pen or laser, rather than relying on strike branding.

I can recommend Kalima (in worthing) Quentin did my gf's, branding(s),
cuttings, and transdermal implants - He also did my 3D art implants.
