Default Nose Jewellery/Repiercing

Hi,

I used to have my nose pierced but took it out a few years ago and I'm now
thinking of having it redone. Can the same hole be re-opened or does it have
to be done in a different spot? Also, previously I had a small diamond in a
nose stud but it still looked huge - I'm looking for something smaller which
will just flicker when the light hits it as opposed to really standing out.

Can I use the small stud at the time of piercing so I don't have to change
or do I have to use the stud the piercer gives me and wait for it to heal
before changing studs? My preference is just to have the piercing done with
the smallest gem stud possible and leave it without having to change later
on.

Does anyone know of any shops which sell over the internet and will post
internationally and is there a name for this type of stud?

TIA!

D.

If your nose is that big perhaps you shouldn't draw attention to it ?
:-) <sorry, I couldn't stop myself>
