Can't find large diameter stainless steel captive bead rings or hoops? Ideas

We've been searching on eBay and Google for a jewellery outlet that
sells or makes large diameter (4+ cm) CBRs or simple stainless steel
hoop earrings. Seems you can buy loads of silver or silver plated hoop
earrings but trying to get them made in 316L steel is nigh on
impossible. We've seen gazillions of 'huggie' hoops but that's not what
we're looking for. We want thin large hoops that can go through a 10
ultimately 8 gauge flesh tunnel...

I'm hoping someone on this list might be able to point me in the right
direction.
