How's the Weather ?

I know this sounds like I'm being paranoid but i've always primarily resided
in the same South Florida location and it seems to me i've seen some major weather issues in the time i've been here.
Specifically higher temps and drought like conditions , random tornadoes, and very erratic rainfall . I feel like i've seen a pretty major progression in weather change in my region especially in recent years and wondered if any out there felt the same about their location. I know all about "There will be wars and rumours of wars and thats not where I'm taking this all though it may end up there.
I'm just really curious about your personal feelings and take on the issue of weather in your particular area , I thought this might be a good place to ask with members from such a variety of locations.

here in Toronto, in the Great Lakes region, it has been very rainy and unusually cold for April. temperatures are consistently below seasonal averages lately. the 14-day trends do show that they are expected to go higher very soon. i certainly hope so!

In Leeds (England) we have not had hardly any snow over the winter period and it seems that the month of april for us has seen tempretures sore which is nice, but typical England the weather can change from one day to the another it can be so unpredictable. I hope we have a good summer this year.

Over here in NZ we had a pretty good summer but now that is behind us and winter is aproaching. Have in the last couple of weeks had the fire going most days, it's been raining off and on and then all of a sudden you get a day like today which is just glorious!
Although we had some really bad weather last month, our whole area and all surrounding areas were closed off. No way in or out for a couple of days, they reckon we had 3 months worth of rain in 36 hours.
here are some pics of the area down the road from us! You can normally drive over the bridge, oh yes it is there somewhere.
